OEStringJoin

std::string OEStringJoin(const std::list<std::string>& strgrp,
                         const std::string & delim = " ",
                         bool trailing_delim = true)
std::string OEStringJoin(const std::vector<std::string>& strgrp,
                         const std::string & delim = " ",
                         bool trailing_delim = true)

This function returns a new string created by concatenating the contents of the specified group of strings strgrp together delimited by the specified parameter delim. If trailing_delim is true, one additional delimiter will be appended to the string after the last member of strgrp.
