OECheckXLogXTypes

bool OECheckXLogXTypes(const OEChem::OEMolBase& mol)

Returns true if each atom excluding hydrogens in the given molecule has a valid XLogP type as referenced in the LogP section. Invalid types for hydrogens are ignored.
