void OEDrawResonanceArrow(OEImageBase& image, const OE2DPoint& bgn,
                          const OE2DPoint& end, const OEPen& pen)

Draws a resonance arrow between two points using the given pen. See example in Figure: Example of drawing a resonance arrow.
