An internal issue in
OECreateIDStringsthat resulted in hanging processes or crashes for some simple structures has been fixed.A minor issue that occurred when using a combination of
OEMatchedPairOptions_IndexHSingleCutsandOEMatchedPairOptions_IndexHSiteshas been fixed. TheOEMatchedPairOptions_IndexHSingleCutsoption now takes precedence.
