Internal changes

• Internal functions used to constrain Matched Molecular Pair transforms by applying SMARTS constraints have been replaced with calls to the new preliminary API functions in OEChem. See OECreateAtomSmartsString, OECreateBondSmartsString, and OECreateSmartsString.
