OECreateFlipperOptions

This is a preliminary API and may be improved based on user feedback. It is currently available in C++ and Python.

OECreateFlipperOptions() -> OEFlipperOptions

This function creates and returns a configured OEFlipperOptions object for use with conformer expansion during bioisosteric database building. The returned object should be deleted by the caller.

This function is typically used in conjunction with OEDBBuilder::Expand to configure conditional conformer generation for rotatable bonds in fragments.
