OEReceptorSetInnerContourLevel(rec: Union[OEGraphMol,OEMol,OEQMol],
                               level: float) -> bool

Sets the inner contour level on the receptor.

Returns true if successful.

It is only valid to call this function if receptor is a valid receptor (i.e., OEIsReceptor returns true).
