Same as the OECationPiInteractionHintType_ProteinPi constant.

LigandPi

This type of Cation Pi interaction has a ligand pi ring system interacting with a Lysine, N-methyl Lysine or Arginine of the protein.

ProteinCation

Same as the OECationPiInteractionHintType_LigandPi constant.

ProteinPi

This type of Cation Pi interaction includes a protein pi ring system interacting with a Lysine-like or Arginine-like ligand cation.

IntramolecularLigand

A cation-pi interaction with the OECationPiInteractionHintType_IntramolecularLigand type represents an intramolecular cation-pi interaction between a cation and an aromatic ring within the ligand.

IntramolecularProtein

A cation-pi interaction with the OECationPiInteractionHintType_IntramolecularProtein type represents an intramolecular cation-pi interaction between a cation and an aromatic ring within the protein.
