OEApplyStyleChange(initialStyle: OE3DMolStyle,
                   deltaStyle: OE3DMolStyle) -> OE3DMolStyle

Returns a new OE3DMolStyle, which includes all of the specified options in the initial style that do not overlap with the delta style and any new additions from the delta style.
