OEFormalPartialCharges(mol: Union[OEGraphMol,OEMol,OEQMol]) -> None

Set the partial charge property of each atom in a molecule to its formal charge. This is equivalent of calling the OEAtomBase.SetPartialCharge method on every atom with the value returned from OEAtomBase.GetFormalCharge.
