OEGasteigerPartialCharges(mol: Union[OEGraphMol,OEMol,OEQMol]) -> bool

Calculate Marsilli-Gasteiger partial charges for a molecule. The results of the calculation are placed in the partial charge property of each atom using OEAtomBase.SetPartialCharge.
