OEGetHybridization

unsigned int OEGetHybridization(const OEAtomBase *)

This function predicts the atomic hybridization/geometry of an atom given its immediate connectivity. The return value is taken from the namespace OEHybridization.

Warning

The aromaticity has to be perceived by calling OEAssignAromaticFlags function prior to calling OEGetHybridization function.
