OESetProteinSDData(du: OEDesignUnit, score: OESiteHopperScore) -> None

Set score values from score as SD data on the protein molecule inside du, making them available in the VIDA spreadsheet view. The following fields are written: patch score, color Tanimoto, shape Tanimoto, sequence similarity, and rank.
