class OEHasAminoAcidType

This functor can be used to identify monomers with the given amino acid type (OEAminoAcidType).

Initializes the functor with the given polymer type from the OEAminoAcidType namespace.

OEHasAminoAcidType(arg2: OEHasAminoAcidType) -> OEHasAminoAcidType

Copy Constructors.

operator()

__call__(arg2: OEMonomer) -> bool

Returns true, if the given monomer has the same amino acid type the OEHasAminoAcidType functor is initialized with.

CreateCopy

CreateCopy() -> OEUnaryMonomerBoolFunc

Deep copy constructor that returns a copy of the object. The memory for the returned OEHasAminoAcidType object is dynamically allocated and owned by the caller.
