OEDefaultImplicitHCount

OEDefaultImplicitHCount(atm: OEAtomBase) -> int

Determines the default number of implicit hydrogens on an atom using OpenEye’s valence model. This count assumes that it is free to change the formal charge of an atom.

Note

If the charge state is correctly set on each atom, you should call the OEDefaultMDLHCount function instead.
