OEGetMonomerType

This is a preliminary API and may be improved based on user feedback. It is currently available in C++ and Python.

OEGetMonomerType(monomer_mol: Union[OEGraphMol,OEMol,OEQMol]) -> int
OEGetMonomerType(monomerSmiles: str) -> int

Determines the monomer type of the monomer defined by its molecule or smiles representation. Returns OEMonomerType_Undefined if given monomer does not satisfy the requirement of any of the specific monomer type.
