OEMonomerType

Attention

This is a preliminary API and may be improved based on user feedback. It is currently available in C++ and Python.

The OEMonomerType namespace contains the following constants:

Default

The default polymer type is OEMonomerType_Backbone.

Backbone

String representation: Backbone

Monomer with multiple connection point. In case of a peptides, these monomers are used to build the backbone.

Terminal

Monomer with one attachment point. In case of a peptides, these monomers are used at the C and N-terminal.
