The du2mmcif utility program is run by specifying a directory containing MMCIF files and a name of the source of the data

prompt> du2mmcif -in 5YE9_B__DU__8U6_B-501.oedu

Here, du2mmcif will convert the OEDU file to 5YE9_B__DU__8U6_B-501.cif, by default it will not include packing residues
