To run sitehopper_build, pass in a path to a directory containing 1 or more OEDesignUnit files (.oedu).

prompt> sitehopper_build -dir path_to_directory -db SiteHopper.shdb

Here, sitehopper_build will create a database file, SiteHopper.shdb, which can be searched using sitehopper_search
