The SiteHopper application is used to compare binding sites between proteins.
Applications¶
The SiteHopper distribution comprises 2 main applications:
The sitehopper_build program is used to convert a set of OEDesignUnit (*.oedu) files to a database that can be searched with the sitehopper_search program.
The sitehopper_search program is used to search a database of OEDesignUnits for binding sites similar to a query OEDesignUnit.
