Required Parameters

-receptor <receptor file>

All molecules will be docked to this receptor.

[ Aliases = -rec ]

-dbase <input filename1> [<input filename2> ... ]

File(s) containing ligands to dock (see section Ligand Preparation).

The following file formats are supported.
