New Features

This release includes support for all platforms: Linux, Windows and macOS.
CPU-only search is now available on all platforms.
On Linux, a new feature where GPU is used for a pre-screen with compatible NVIDIA cards as been added.
The sitehopper_build application is now multi-threaded, resulting in much faster build times.
Databases built with the previous SiteHopper release are not compatible with these v2.0
