The du2pdb utility program is run by specifying a directory containing PDB files and a name of the source of the data

prompt> du2pdb -in 5YE9_B__DU__8U6_B-501.oedu

Here, du2pdb will convert the OEDU file to 5YE9_B__DU__8U6_B-501.pdb, by default it will not include packing residues
